Founded in 2021 and incorporated in Delaware, ClickHarbor LLC provides enterprise email infrastructure with a compliance-first philosophy.
ClickHarbor was founded on a simple premise: email infrastructure should be reliable, compliant, and transparent. Too many platforms treat compliance as an afterthought. We built ours around it.
Our team includes engineers with backgrounds at major cloud email providers, domain registrars, and internet infrastructure companies. We understand how ISPs evaluate sender reputation, how spam filters work, and what enterprises need to maintain deliverability at scale.
Every account that sends through ClickHarbor has been reviewed by our compliance team. We do not accept anonymous customers, and we do not permit unsolicited bulk email under any circumstances.

All plans require account approval. Pricing is based on monthly email volume. No setup fees.
| Volume Tier | Rate per 1,000 emails |
|---|---|
| 0 – 100K | $0.65 |
| 100K – 500K | $0.48 |
| 500K – 2M | $0.35 |
| 2M+ | Custom pricing |
ClickHarbor is built with security and regulatory compliance as foundational requirements, not optional features.
All API connections are encrypted with TLS 1.3. SMTP relay enforces STARTTLS. Opportunistic TLS applied where supported by receiving servers. Plaintext connections are rejected.
Mandatory SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration required before any sending domain becomes active. Automated DNS record validation on setup and ongoing monitoring for record drift.
Dedicated IP plans include isolated IP pools per customer. Shared IP plans use reputation-scored pools with automatic isolation of flagged senders before IP reputation impact occurs.
Real-time monitoring for complaint rate spikes, bounce anomalies, unusual volume patterns, and known spam signatures. Accounts are automatically throttled or suspended pending review.
Dedicated abuse operations team reviews flagged accounts within 4 business hours. Third-party abuse reports accepted at abuse@clickharbor.us. ISP feedback loops actively monitored.
Full delivery event logging including sender IP, authentication result, delivery timestamp, recipient MX response code, and bounce classification. Retained per plan tier.
ClickHarbor's platform enforces compliance requirements at the infrastructure level. We do not leave compliance solely to the discretion of senders.
Commercial emails must include physical sender address, honest subject lines, and a functioning opt-out mechanism. ClickHarbor enforces these requirements for all marketing traffic.
Data processing agreements available for EU customers. Platform supports suppression list management and right-to-erasure workflows for personal data in logs.
Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation requirements are covered by our marketing campaign compliance checklist, required for all senders with Canadian recipients.
ClickHarbor operates on enterprise cloud infrastructure with multiple layers of security and redundancy.

ClickHarbor maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward unsolicited bulk email and all forms of spam. Violations of this policy result in immediate account suspension without refund. Our abuse team actively monitors all traffic on our platform.
The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:
All email sent through ClickHarbor must contain accurate "From," "To," and routing information, a clear identification that the message is an advertisement (for commercial messages), the physical postal address of the sender, and a clear and conspicuous explanation of how the recipient can opt out of receiving future email.
Customers must maintain list hygiene standards consistent with industry best practices. ClickHarbor will automatically suppress hard bounce addresses and reported complaint addresses. Customers are required to maintain a complaint rate below 0.1% and a hard bounce rate below 2%. Exceeding these thresholds will trigger automatic account review.
ClickHarbor employs automated systems and human reviewers to monitor traffic patterns, complaint rates, bounce rates, and content. Accounts exhibiting spam characteristics may be throttled, suspended, or terminated without prior notice. We actively participate in industry feedback loops and respond to third-party abuse reports.
If you receive unsolicited email that appears to have been sent through ClickHarbor infrastructure, please report it to abuse@clickharbor.us with the full email headers. We investigate all credible reports and take appropriate action.
Depending on the severity and nature of a violation, ClickHarbor may take one or more of the following actions: temporary sending throttle, sending suspension pending review, permanent account termination, reporting to relevant authorities or ISPs, and civil or criminal referral where laws have been violated.
Accounts terminated for violations of this Acceptable Use Policy are not entitled to refunds for any unused prepaid service period.
